We consider the Wheeler-DeWitt (WD) equation as a Klein-Gordon equation in the superspace, apply the spectral resolution to the elliptic Laplace-Beltrami operator of the WD equation to get a matrix effective WD equation, and find the complete set of wave functions in the product integral formulation. The superadiabatic expansion method, a generalization of the Parker-Fulling adiabatic method, not only allows the mode decomposition but also provides a complex Hilbert space structure of quantized fields of the Universe and the Fock space of the formal creation and annihilation operators.
