At the onset of the intense bursting episode (on 2009 January 22) of SGR J1550-5418, we identified enhancement in the persistent emission lasting for ~150 s. Our analysis of the enhancement revealed clear pulsation up to ~110 keV (at the spin period of the SGR) with energy-dependent pulsed fraction that peaks in the 50-74 keV range. The spectra of the enhancement are well described with a power law + blackbody of kT~17 keV. The blackbody component is most evident during the time period where the pulsation is strongest; therefore, we conclude that the blackbody component is significantly contributing to the pulsation. The estimated radius of the blackbody emitting region is ~120m. This small ``hot spot'' may correspond to the size of magnetically-confined hot plasma in the severely twisted magnetic field near the star's surface.
