Albedo-proton spectra were calculated for zenith angles of 143-180 deg, 114-127 deg, and 90-102 deg, and for cutoff rigidities of 0.6, 3.0, 7.3, and 15 GV. Calculations are also presented for muons with a cutoff rigidity of 0.6-4.5 GV. It is concluded that the proposed model can be used to analyze proton and muon spectra in the entire zenith-angle range from polar to equatorial regions.
