The motion of a comet nucleus is influenced by outgassing forces. The
orbit determination from astrometric data of comet Halley using empiric
force and observation bias models and the incorporation of thermal
models developed at ESOC into the orbit determination allows to draw
some conclusions on the comet Halley dynamics and physics.
