Scientific paper

The paper presents functions which determine the probability density of minor planets relative to their radii, absolute star magnitudes, and their discovery dates. Probability densities for gamma distribution are calculated which represent the observed distribution for 1550 planets; the distribution of 1772 asteroids according to their absolute star magnitudes is represented by the combination of beta and normal distributions.
