A dynamical global magnetic configuration of a preflare is presented. It is shown that particles trapped in the solar corona moving shear magnetic field can be accelerated within the order of a cyclotron period by the V(p) x B acceleration mechanism in the preflare stage when the arcade-like magnetic flux ascends. This is accompanied by enhancement of magnetic shear due to photospheric shear motions.
