Using the technical characteristics of the low-resolution and high-resolution spectrographs, LSS, VUVES, and UVES, of the "World Space Observatory - Ultraviolet" project, and calculated flux distributions for the model atmospheres with effective temperatures 5000 K to 12000 K, we estimate the limiting apparent magnitudes for stars that can be observed with the signal-to-noise ratio required in fine spectroscopic analysis. For each of the three spectrographs, the observational tasks are suggested that being realized will give some insight into stellar atmosphere structure, stellar chemical composition, physical processes in stellar atmospheres, as well as the chemical evolution of the Galaxy.
