Scintillation spectral features associated with large scintillation levels are considered, taking into account observations at 26 MHz of the two finite-diameter radio sources, Cyg A and Cass A. The power spectra were computed with the aid of a digital computer. Spectral width and scintillation level parameters were calculated on the basis of power spectrum relations. The spectral analysis of radio scintillation provided information regarding the existence of significantly different spectral shapes at times of small and large scintillation levels.
