The NaI(Tl) scintillators of the Signe experiments aboard the Venera 11 and 12 spacecraft allow gamma-ray burst spectral analyses to be conducted with a time resolution of 250 ms. Attention is presently given to the less than 250 ms long, intense (up to 28 percent of the continuum energy) spectral features which appear in the spectra obtained by Signe for the November 4, 1978 event around 400 keV. These features are interpreted as possible e(-)/e(+) pair-annihilation flashes.
