This article summarizes the effort during 1971-1974 in connection with the determination of tracking station coordinates by means of artificial earth satellites. Entries which are related to geodetic control surveys (e.g., portable Doppler instrumentation) or to gravitational field determination (dynamic satellite geodesy) and follow the papers by Meade (1975) and by Gaposchkin (1975) in this report are not repeated here, except when they are specifically referred to.
