Since the primary of DGT is segmented the positions of the segments have to be permanently controlled due to bendings of the mirror cell which may be caused by the variation of elevation, temperature, ambient forces e.t.c. Preliminary investigations dealing with that problem were given by Kühne, 1987. Here, a generalized and improved solution is presented, dealing with the segmentation of four quadrants of the primary.
