We study the origin of the spin polarizations of hyperons observed in unpolarized hadron collision at high energy, and its consequence for the photon induced reaction. We assume the polarization is generated by the non-perturbative hadronization process with the scalar interaction. Non-trivial spin dependence of the production cross section arises from the interference term of hadronization amplitudes. Results are in good agreement with experiments. We then apply it to the photoproduction of hyperons and find large polarizations in unpolarized γN collision. .
