It is shown that, at the developed stage of thermal parametric instability (TPI), the striction pressure of plasma waves leads to a significant distortion of the electron density profile and, in particular, to the appearance of a jump on the profile, which in turn has a significant effect on the parameters of the turbulence arising as a result of the TPI. A solution is obtained to the stationary problem involving the distribution of plasma concentration and the parameters of artificial turbulence for a given intensity of small-scale irregularities arising during TPI.
