We have obtained the structure of the plasma and molecular torus using FFA (free-free absorption) and H2O maser data in the active galaxy NGC 1052. The galaxy has been observed at four frequencies at 8.4, 15.4, 22.1, and 43.2 GHz twice in 2005 and 2006 using the VLBA. H2O masesr were detected along jets with a velocity gradient across the jet within Vlsr=1685-1770 km s-1 and Vlsr=1825 km s-1 at the western and eastern sides, respectively. The velocity width is 400 km s-1. H2O maser spots coincided with the jet components where FFA optical depth (τ_0) ranged 100<τ_0<300. Electron density and temperature were 3.3 × 10^5 cm-3 and 3.0 × 10^4 K, respectively, estimated from the FFA opacity and masing condition.
