The origins of planetary rings and the spokes of Saturn have been the subjects of much recent study. This paper describes a simulation laboratory experiment using a two component fine size particle plasma. The confinement ring is created around the rotating small insulator sphere in a fine particle plasma using unipolar induction. The spoke formation is performed by a shot of Nd-YAG pulse laser light. Particle size and plasma density were in the order of 0.5 μm and 107 cm-3, repectively, and particle charge was in the order of +/-25e. All processes of ring formation and spoke creation were recorded on the VTR camera and analyzed in detail.
