The paper reports VLA observations of the ON1 continuum radiation at 1.3-cm and 2-cm wavelengths. The physical parameters of the HII region ON1 are derived using a shell structure model. The inner and outer radii and the distribution function of the electron density are calculated from the continuum spectrum of ON1, and the results are found to be consistent with the observational data. It is suggested that the analysis of the continuum spectrum may provide a method to obtain the geometry of the HII region.
