Semiempirical inhomogeneous photospheric models of a plage and a small flare were constructed by fitting the calculated and observed profiles of 11 Fraunhofer lines. In the plage the upper layers of magnetic fluxtubes were more heated, and there was a region of decreased density in the middle photosphere. During the main phase of the flare the temperature in the magnetic fluxtubes was also higher than in their surroundings. Some photospheric layers were heated by 1500 K. The flare disturbance propagated from the upper to the lower layers and had a wave character. The variations of the thermodynamical parameters may be caused by the passage of a chromospheric condensation.
