We present photometry for five high redshift supernovae. SNe 1999M, 1999N, 1999Q, 1999S, and 1999U (IAU Circ. 7097) were discovered and followed during the High Z SN Search Team 1999-1 campaign (Jan-Apr 1999). Two of them, SNe 1999Q and 1999U were followed up from both ground based telescopes and the HST. We present spectra, observer's and rest frame photometry, and best fits to the light curves and foreground reddening using well observed nearby SNe as models. The distance moduli computed towards these SNe is greater than expected for a low mass Universe. This is consistent with the results of Riess et al. (1998) and Perlmutter et al. (1999) which support the existence of a positive cosmological constant or other exotic form of energy with a negative pressure. Collaborator R.C. Schommer passed away December 12, 2001.
