The magnetic field enhancements were observed near Phobos during the closest flyby on March 22-26, 1989 and on the elliptical orbits. It has long been believed that these specific signatures of the solar wind-asteroid interaction display the evidence of the outgassing from Phobos. Later analyzing the additional data we have come to conclusion that these experimental facts are the evidence of the Phobos magnetic field. The arguments for the existence of the Phobos magnetic field and the Phobos dust will be presented.
