Many problems involving the determination of the motion of space vehicles reduce to the so-called estimation problem with perturbations which cannot be modeled. In certain cases, additional constraints on the derivatives of these perturbations must be taken into consideration. The additional constraints generate phase constraints in the equivalent estimation problem. It is shown that the presence of phase constraints in this problem is equivalent to additional measurements.
