We propose to observe the "blue outlier" AGN PG 0804+761 for 100,ks with RGS to obtain detailed information on the outflow and further investigate the connection between "blue outliers (blueshifted [ion{O},{III}] emission)" and powerful outflows. Through this observation we will obtain accurate outflow velocities and the ionization structure of the outflow, which allows us to test a scenario where the blueshifted emission lines are connected to a high velocity outflow.
