The paper describes open-path and closed-path families of multiple periodic oscillations which are 'generated' (or 'branch out' or bifurcate) from stable parts of the families of periodic oscillations described by Markellos et al (1978). The described new families of periodic oscillations in the meridian plane of a magnetic dipole (Stoermer problem) are presented in tabular and graphic form. The families consist of multiple oscillations which cross the symmetry axis of the meridian plane many times.
