An attempt is made to establish a correlation between pulsations of diminishing period (PDP) and the VLF chorus on the basis of simultaneous observations of PDP pulsations in the evening sector of the magnetosphere and VLF chorus emission in the morning sector, performed at two pairs of stations. It is found that there is a distinct correlation between the pulsations and the chorus, a correlation which reflects the characteristics of plasma processes in the magnetosphere during substorms.
