It is observed that daytime Pc2-3 pulsations (T = 10-12 s) are
characteristic for low latitudes (Phi = 40 deg). These pulsations appear
to be the result of the resonance excitation of waves at L = 1.5-1.7,
and they may be triggered by sudden storm commencements.
