The paramertic interaction of whistler pump wave with lower hybrid and ion acoustic waves is investigated on the basis of two-fluid magnetohydrodynamics. The whistler pump wave is assumed to propagate at an angle to the external magnetic field. A nonlinear dispersion relation describing the three-wave interaction and the instability growth rates are found. The theoretical results are used for the interpretation of satellite observations in the Earth magnetospheric plasma (3-4R_E).
