Quantitative estimates of parameters characterizing the distributions of proton fluxes according to local pitch angle and the phase angle of Larmor rotation during solar maximum and minimum periods are obtained on the basis of available data on proton fluxes in the region of the Brazilian magnetic anomaly. The sharp anisotropy of the radiation field is considered in connection with reducing the radiation effects on space crew members in the BMA region, particularly in the case of extravehicular activity.
