The deglitcher software for P32Tools allows the parameterization of glitches with respect to the trails they leave in the datastream. A glitch signature can be established based on the overall deposited charge combined with the decay time of the glitch event. The software allows users to identify and remove glitch patterns from the data interactively. Furthermore the created gaps in the datastream can be patched if appropriate data is available.
