Scientific paper

New photoelectric photometry of P Cygni made between 1987 and 1993 is
presented. The cycle lengths derived from the light curve are
approximately 27 and 220 days, respectively. The approx. 220 day period
implies a connection with the observed shell ejections which has an
ejection period of about 200 days.
