The oxygen and neon abundances in HII regions in disks of seven spiral galaxies are determined. In all the HII regions the oxygen and the neon abundance are determined, using the P-method. The parameters of radial distributions (the extrapolated central intersect value and the gradient) are derived. Radial distributions of abundances of a oxygen and a neon in these galaxies are submitted.
