We examine the sensitivity and surface bias of convolved DGLV radiative and
elastic loss in a realistic geometry including Bjorken expansion. We find that
this more faithful treatment of the medium density is not a priori reproducible
via fixed length approximations, and neither the fragility nor the surface
emission of BDMPS-based models is seen.
