Oscillator strengths of 12 lines of neutral oxygen, belonging to 5 multiplets in the 950-1200 A spectral range are measured in emission with a wall-stabilized arc. The measured relative gf-values are normalized to an absolute scale based on lifetime data of the upper level of the OI 1302-1306 A multiplet. The uncertainty achieved in the measured absolute gf-values is between +/- 10 and +/- 20%. A good agreement is found with the results of various calculations, for multiplets as well as for individual lines.
