It is shown, that the appearance of young showers with the high concentration of electromagnetic (e.m.) energy in cores of EAS with E0=1-10 PeV at the mountain level, different slopes of EAS size and e.m. energy spectra and the rise of ɛeγ-e.m. energy per one shower electron are phenomena of the same origin, connected with the ordinary EAS longitudinal development. They are caused by the approach of earlier stages of partial e.m. cascades to the observation level. As a consequence, ɛeγ(E0) rises and TeV electrons and gamma-quanta, born in these cascades, penetrate down to the observation level, giving rise to young showers and gamma families in EAS cores.
