The paper presents an analytical model of the orbital evolution of space debris objects that can be applied both for the short- and the long-term propagation. The model takes into account all important perturbing forces: zonal and tesseral harmonics of an arbitrary degree and order, atmospheric drag and luni-solar attractions. A new algorithm for the transformation between mean and osculating elements is applied.
