We have developed the MAXI alert system in order to detect transient objects. The system has successfully detected a number of transient objects since MAXI began observation. We did not search transient objects systematically for the first three months, because the system had not been ready. In this study, we optimize the detection algorithm using data obtained with MAXI so far and reanalyze archival data.
