The optical photometer developed for a 150 cm Cassegrain type telescope
is described. The instrument can measure in the UBV band. It allows the
extension of the original infrared-dedicated telescope to observations
up to the 0.3 microns ultraviolet region. The control electronics, the
mechanical design, and the optical path are detailed.
