We obtained a 30m exposure in I and K of H1743-322, using the SMARTS consortium 1.3m and ANDICAM instrument at Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory, beginning at UT 00:36 August 12, 2005. We see no evidence for a rise in either band, to limits of I~22 and K~15. These limits are ~1.5 magnitudes fainter than was observed in April 2003 near the peak of the last outburst. Further observations to this depth are planned.
