The paper described a version of a terrestrial orbit with a typical size of 106km which can be used for very long base interferometry (at the second stage of experiment). The paper demonstrates the practical stability of the orbit and evaluates the necessary energy input for putting a spacecraft into such an orbit. The research is based on the preliminary analysis of a special class of 3-dim periodic orbits in the problem of three bodies.
