The evolution of shear perturbations in accretion discs of compact objects which appear as a result of the differential rotation of matter on Keplerian orbits is considered. The conditions for the growth of non-axially-symmetrical shear perturbations are obtained for short wave-length approximation. It is shown that Fourier harmonics of short wave-length perturbations which have the shapes of "leading" spirals are growing. Herewith this growing is limited in time and proceeds by a nonexponential law.
