Some issues of "Changhe 2" navigation system such as time synchronization, quickresumption and so on are discussed. Several schemes to realize time synchronization and increase the time service function via BPL signal, GPS common-view or click travelling are put forward. At last, the test results of time synchronization between the signal of master station of the "Donghai" Chain of "Changhe 2" navigation system and UTC(NTSC), kept by the National Time Service Center are presented.
