Most galaxies originate and evolve in the environment of similar objects. Therefore the influence of the environment on the evolution of galaxies has always been one of the main aspects of the extragalactic astronomy. At the same time the investigations of starburst galaxies and galaxies with active nuclei play a principal role for understanding the problems of modern cosmology. With this point of view the aggregative studies of the character of accumulations and the parameters of the active galaxies populating them help to resolve many questions connected with hierarchic organization of the universe, as well as the problems of the formation and evolution of galaxies. At the current time much of this type of works are directed towards investigation of distant clusters and their populations. This is generally determined by the high density of the active galaxies in these systems, in contrast with closer, similar to the distant clusters. The later fact is of interest, after all with the help of modern telescopes the close clusters and their population can be investigated in greater detail. It can also reveal new opportunities for understanding of similar processes on greater cosmic distances. One of the most actual problems of investigation of galaxies clusters is an exact identification of their real members, in particular active galaxies. Presence of the list of active galaxies, members of clusters, enables to carry out not only their detailed study, but also to carry out a wide spectrum of statistical research. In Byurakan observatory three widely known lists of active galaxies have been made. Objects of the Second Byurakan Survey have been identified by the presence of strong UV-excess or the presence of strong emission lines in their spectra. The relation of objects of this survey with clusters of galaxies is not investigated in detail, which is of definite interest. In the present work we are presenting data of all objects investigated in the Second Byurakan Survey, identified within the Zwicky clusters contours and some conclusions.
