Results from the wavelet power spectrum (WPS) analysis of the cosmic ray intensity, registered by the Calgary neutron monitor from 1969 to 1998 years, are used to discuss the characteristic behaviour of the quasi-biennial modulation of galactic cosmic rays during solar activity cycles n. 21 and n. 22. Results from the temporarily averaged global power spectra (GPS) are also shown.
