The problem of motion of an axisymmetric system deformable-solid body is considered in the case, when the center of mass is rotating in a circular orbit around the attracting center. It is shown that there takes place a gravitational capture of the system in a stable position of relative equilibrium, when the symmetry axis is directed along the radius-vector of the center of mass of the system.
