The superfluid core of neutron star ("npe"-phase), which consists of superfluid neutrons, superconducting protons and normal electrons, is considered. The force, acting on the proton vortex by entrainment current, is calculated. It is directed always towards the normal core. The appropriate force, acting on proton antivortex, is directed outwards to the outer border of neutron vortex. It is shown, that on the long distances from the core, the fluctuation appearance of vortex-antivortex pair by entrainment current's action is possible.
