Some observational aspects of the evolutionary phases of the Universe are considered. The analysis of the observational data on large-scale objects led us to speculate that the formation of more dense features resulting from rare medium occurred at none of the evolutionary stages of the Universe. It is analyzed that for a definite moment of the Universe evolution the estimation of the Hubble constant value, due to the variation of it in the course of time, is problematic. Physical effects which can be revealed in future during observation of the most remote quasars are discussed.
