Previously derived tensor-virial equations for post-Newtonian relativistic stellar dynamics are used to evaluate, in the post-Newtonian approximation, the energy integral for a bounded system of extended bodies with arbitrary internal structure and internal motions. The energy integral for a bounded perfect-fluid source is employed in the evalution, and an expression is obtained for the energy under secularly stationary conditions. A very simple expression for the total system energy is derived which contains only simple powers of the orbital velocities of the bodies and of their external gravitational potentials.
