A solution of Einstein's equations with positive cosmological constant is presented that does not tend towards a de Sitter state asymptotically in time. This shows that the recently discussed cosmological ``no-hair'' conjecture is not true in general. The ``no-hair'' theorems hold only for spacetimes with non-positive curvature of the constant time hypersurfaces. This presupposition is not fulfilled for the solution 3 but it is satisfied in certain spatial regions of solution 2.
