Expressions for convective and radiation heat fluxes, wave and friction drags coefficients of flat and axisymmetric bodies moving in the atmospheres of Solar system planets are derived. The calculations of the summary heat and drag of the blunted cones moving in the atmospheres of the Earth, Venus, Mars and Jupiter are obtained. On the basis of an analysis of these calculations possible formulations of variation problems for minimizing aerodynamical heat of apparatuses are given.
