The astrophysical S-factor of radiative capture reactions 3He(α, γ)7Be and H(α, γ)7Li has been calculated directly at zero energy. With this purpose in view, we make use of the zero energy continuum wave function of interacting clusters 3H (or 3He) and α, which takes into account both the Pauli principle correlations and the distortion effects due to the NN interaction in the internal region.
