The coupled system of Einstein-conformally invariant massless scalar field eqs is formally singular at region of space time where the term 1 - (κ )/(6)Φ 2 is vanishing. We present an analysis of the behavior of static regular solutions of this coupled system in the vicinity of degenerate points. Exact solutions of this coupled system are presented and their properties are briefly discussed.
