The boundary condition model which described the interaction of two nucleons at small distances by introducing a logarithmic derivative depending linearly on the energy is considered. It is shown that such a model is equivalent to the introduction of some potential depending also linearly on energy. Nearly phase equivalent potentials are constructed and the binding energy of the triton is calulated. Large off-shell effects produced by this potential are discussed.
